PalangDelete in the app
- Open Palang and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Under Legal and privacy, select Delete my account.
- Read the first warning and tap Continue.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Authenticated deletion removes the user document, all learning sessions, and the Firebase Authentication identity. The device’s account-scoped cache is also cleared.
Request deletion without the app
Email hostit.application@gmail.com from the address used for Google sign-in, with subject “Palang account deletion.” We may request only the additional information needed to verify identity.
Data deleted
- Palang UID and identity in Firebase Authentication;
- learning profile, languages, level, interests, and goal;
- sessions, steps, repetitions, XP, progress, and associated timestamps;
- profile and session cache on the device completing deletion.
Data that may temporarily remain
Security and audit logs and residual backups may remain for provider technical cycles or legal duties. Firebase states that deleted authentication data may take up to 180 days to leave active and backup systems. It will not be used to continue providing a deleted account.
Public content
Catalog lessons and audio are shared public material, do not contain your personal data, and are not deleted with an account.
